Moving the sensor
CAUTION
Risk of electrical shocks due to contact with live parts (24 V)!

Before commencing work on any sensors, switch off the power supply and secure it against reactivation.

If switching errors occur during the functional check / test run, reset the sensors

The cables are molded with inductive sensors. If necessary, we recommend a repurchase.

Trial run, running in

Risk of injury due to moving parts (e.g. carriage)!
Crushing.

Do not attempt to grasp any moving parts while the system is in operation.
Risk of burns due to hot surfaces! Temperatures above 60 °C possible

Avoid touching the hot surface of the carriage assembly.

After switching off the product, let hot surfaces cool down before touching them.

Temperature-sensitive components must not touch the surface of the carriage assembly.

Pay attention to the mounting distance of the connecting cables and other components.

The product may only be put into service after running successful trials under near-real production conditions.

Move at low speed over the entire travel distance. While doing so, be sure to check the settings and the
function of the limit switches.

If necessary, optimize the interaction of the mechanical system and the electronics.
