6 WARMING DRAWER OPERATION
The 120VAC warming drawer temperature is regulated using a basic
2-point control algorithm. When set, the element is on 100% until the
cavity temperature reaches 34°F / 1°C above set point. The element
is then turned off until cavity temperature is 34°F / 1°C below set
point.
There are three temperature settings: LOW (115°F / 46°C), MED
(127°F / 53°C), and HIGH (144°F / 62°C). When the
Warming Drawer
key is pressed, MED (default temperature) will be displayed. To
accept this setting, the
Enter
key may be pressed, or alternatively, the
Warming Drawer
key may be pressed again to cycle through the
temperature settings.
The warming drawer requires two key inputs to start heating. If the
Warming Drawer
key is pressed (one key), and is not followed within
five seconds by either an
Enter
key press or subsequent
Warming
Drawer
key press to change the temperature setting, the display will
clear and the drawer will not start heating.
Pressing the
Warming Drawer
key
while it is operating immediately
deactivates the mode.
The element is 120V 400W.
