Place the fork horizontally. 
Empty the oil from the syringe into the “air” fork for Lubrication. (oil level page 7) 

 

 

 

Tool(s) required :

Syringe 

 

 
Connect the air pump on the fork. 
Increase pressure until the air shaft touch the casting.

Apply grease by hand on the air cartridge bolt and O-rings. 
Screw the bolt in the shaft with a torque  5mm HEX socket. 

Increase pressure until the user pressure has been reached.
