4. Safety tips
4.1 Safety tips on assembly and disassembly

Installation work may only be performed by an expert.

All assembly and disassembly work must be properly discussed between the
operator and the owner.

The mounting area should be protected.

When turning off the installation, the electrical regulations must be observed.

The per customer different requirements must be observed.

Only appropriate and certified equipment may be used.

When welding the electrode holder and earth connection must be attached to
same component. When the return flows through a earth wire, shielding or
bearing this can cause substantial damage to the mentioned parts.
4.2 Safety tips on first commissioning after successful installation

The area should be well protected

When commissioning starts the environment in which the tool is used must be
free from obstructions, so the tool cannot be disturbed in its operation.
During commissioning of the tool it may be necessary to unsecure safety
measures during installation and service work.

During commissioning hazardous situations may occur, therefore it is obliged to
carry out this work only by trained personnel
4.3 Safety tips during Operation
The operating staff is required to check the working of brakes and emergency equipment
before commencing operation.
For persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or drugs that affect the reactive power,
it is strictly forbidden to use or operate the tool, or perform maintenance and / or
repairs.
All the measures outlined in the operating instructions and instructions relating to
occupational safety and issues of general safety and accident prevention before, during
and after commissioning should be implemented or monitored, should be precisely
followed. Any disrespect can cause fatal accidents.
Any observed defects related to the operational safety and / or reliability of this tool must
be resolved before the tool is used.
Safety devices should not be rendered inoperative, or at their destination, modified to be
used.
The tool may only be used if all safety eg safety equipment and emergency stop systems
functioning are present.
Any alteration or modification of the safety equipment is prohibited.
Work on the electrical systems of the tool may only be performed by electrical personnel
and in accordance with electrical codes.
