The compilation of these business rules is based on our accumulated knowledge and
information gathered so far.
We retain the right to make technical changes at any time, within the limits of the rules
set to the I-boom related business. No rights can be derived from any statements,
pictures and descriptions in this operating instruction.
For damage and operating interference caused by operating errors, disrespect of the
operating instructions or improper repairs, we assume no liability. We expressly point out
that replacement parts and accessories not provided by Bomecon are therefore not
tested and approved.
The installation and use of unapproved replacement parts and accessories and making
any modification changes to the I-Boom are not allowed for security reasons and exclude
Bomecon Nijkerk from any liability resulting from the damage.
For errors and omissions are our responsibility, to the exclusion of other requirements
