The required adjustment described in the operating instructions, maintenance and
inspection activities and inspection deadlines and the deadline for changing the
components must be observed.
Before starting work on electrical installations and equipment first a
check must be performed that all electrical components are not
energized. Only after permission from the owner of this tool operation
me be started again.
For all repair and maintenance, the tool should be disabled. For an
accidental or unauthorized commissioning (start again) care must be
taken.
Make sure that:

The hoist is off, no longer under tension and in special cases
shortened.

Moving parts stop.

Moving parts during maintenance may not be put in motion.

The power to prevent accidental re-start is turned off as long as the tool is
stationary for maintenance and repair.
It is mandatory to ensure environmentally sound disposal of replaced parts and
harmful substances used during repair!
4.5 Suggestions for activities during operation.
The owner or person authorized by the owner in any case must again verify that the
specified work, based on local conditions can be performed without danger for persons
during operation.
To avoid injury during adjustment or repair the correct and appropriate tools and
resources must be used.
If there is a risk of falling objects, it is required to cordon off the work environment.
Never engage in rotating or moving parts and keep a sufficient distance so
that no loose clothing or body hair can be caught.
Open fire, extreme heat exposure and deformation near cleaners and
flammable or deformable parts (eg plastic, oil, far electrical systems)
should be avoided.
If this is disrespected fire can start causing harmful vapours or insulation damage.
