3.6. Swarf conveyor operation
In semi-automatic
cycle
•
Swarf conveyor ON – press together F1 and 3
buttons.
•
Swarf conveyor OFF – press together F1 and E
buttons.
In automatic cycle
•
The swarf conveyor operation is adjusted
according to chapter Service menu.
3.7. Upper pressure adjustment
1. Open both vices by pressing buttons Feeding vice opening and button
Main vice opening.
2. Release levers of the vice cubes and open the vice to the maximum
bundle width.
3. Release the clamping cube of the vertical clamping cylinder, pull the
cylinder to the top position limit and tighten the clamping cube again.
Attention!
The swarf conveyor is supplied to the band saw only by
request.
Attention!
If the machine is equipped with upper pressure, bundle
cutting is possible
