Angle setting using the default stops to 45° and 60°
If the angle is less than 45°, the pin does not have to be pulled out. Release
securing lever only and turn the frame to the desired position.
If you want to set the angle at 45° using the default stop, do not pull out the pin
and turn the frame to the default stop.
It is needed to pull the pin as much as possible and to move the saw frame
over the default stop to the angle 45°, if the angle is greater than 45°. Then
adjust desired angle.
If the desired angle is 60° using the default stop, pull out the pin as much as
possible and turn the saw frame over the default stop of the 45° angle. Then
turn the frame to the default stop at the 60° angle.
Tighten the turning console by securing lever after angular cut setting.
3.5.5. Arm lift limiting setting
In order to shorten the cycle times in the automatic mode, the lift-stop of the
saw arm can be arranged according to the material height.
1. Lower the saw arm by pressing button „Lower the saw arm“ down to the
lowest position.
2. Release the screw of the end-stop of the lift.
3. Set the end-stop of the lift so that arrow shows to the value on the scale
matching the diameter or the height of the cutting material.
4. Tighten the stop screw.
