27. Low coolant warning light - indicates when radiator coolant level requires immediate attention.
28. Engine overspeed - glows when engine runs over the governed RPMs. (427 option)
29. Service engine soon - glows when the engine computer has stored a fault. (427 option)
30. Low air light - glows when air brake system pressure is low.
31. Brake (Hydraulic) - glows when there is a leak in front or rear brake system or lack of power assist

from booster.

WARNING: In the case of a brake system failure, a warning buzzer will sound and warning light

illuminate, giving an indication that trouble is evident. The coach must not be operated under
those conditions, but repaired before continuing operation.

GAUGE COLOR KEY

1. Gauge reading in green - Good, system operable, OK.
2. Gauge reading in yellow - System operable, but caution should be used. Service may be required.
3. Gauge reading in red - System failure requires immediate service, or fuel extremely low.

DESTINATION SIGNS

Hinged Sign Front

- Mounted on outside of front roof cap with internal control for changing sign. Peri-

odically lubricate hinges and lever assembly with lightweight lubricating oil.

Hinged Sign Rear

- Mounted on outside of rear roof cap, manually changed from outside. Periodically

lubricate hinges with lightweight lubricating oil.

One Station Lighted Curtain

- Replace bulbs as needed. May occasionally loosen and cause slack in the

curtain due to vibration. To tighten curtain, loosen bolts, pull curtain tight, retighten bolts.

Roller Destination Sign with Lighted Curtain

- Replace bulbs as needed. May occasionally require same

adjustment as One Station Sign. Periodically lubricate roller gears with light grease, such as "White Lube,"
and hinges on access door with lightweight lubricating oil. To change sign, turn crank located on front upper
inner panel above windshield to desired destination.

Two Station Sign

- Front lighted, sign material masonite with lettering on both sides. Lubricate interior

door hinge on front upper inner panel with lightweight lubricating oil.

Lighted “School Bus” Sign

- Back lighted yellow plexiglass sign. Replace bulbs as needed. Lubricate

interior door hinge on front upper inner panel with lightweight lubricating oil.

: All maintenance procedures to be done at 6 months or 6,000 mile intervals, whichever occurs first.
