Operative Range and Correct Usage 

 
The BMS-270LPII is designed to remove VAT, VCT, ceramic tile, hardwood floors, 
mastic and cementitious materials from horizontal surfaces.  Using the multiscraper for 
purposes other than its intended use may result in equipment damage, property damage, 
and injury or death to the operator and surrounding personnel.  The manufacturer will not 
be liable for damages, injury or death resulting from improper usage of the multiscraper 
by the multiscraper owner or renter.
