9.1 Scraper Troubleshooting

The scraper blade
lifts immediately
after being lowered.

Have P.O. check valve
inspected and cleaned by a
specialist

Replace P.O. check valve
2.
With idle running,
the scraper is
extraordinarily loud.

Air in hydraulic circuit

The hydraulic components

Have the hydraulic system
checked by a specialist.

The scraper does
not work when the
pump is generating
pressure above 1000
