Abrasive valve maintenance
It is very important to keep the abrasive valves in good condition. Inspect and clean them regularly. Replace
the E09280 Valve rubber every +/- 50 hours.
Abrasive valve overhaul
The abrasive valve should be overhauled every +/-
250 hours.
1.
Remove the M8 bolts (2x) and take the
housing cover off.
2.
Remove the M10 nuts (4x) and remove the
ring and cage.

Connect the cable of the valve with a 12V power
supply and wait until the valve is fully open.
2.
Remove the old rubber with a screw driver.
3.
Insert the new rubber through a window opening.
4.
Make sure the rubber is well placed in the seat.
Push it down until it goes no further.
5.
Close the electric valve.
