II. INSTALLING THE FLAP

Flap install as same as the way of aileron. Repeat 

step #1 - #4 on the part I 

(page 4,5) 

to install the flap.

Repeat the procedure to install the second aileron 

linkages in the opposite wing half

.

After  both  linkages  are  completed.  connect  both  of 

the  aileron  servo  loads  using  a Y-harness  you  have 

purchased.

Insert the 90 degree bend down through the hole in the 

control  horn.  Install  one  nylon  snap  keeper  over  the 

wire to secure it to the control horn. Install the control 

horn retaining  screw  and  remove  the  masking  tape 

from the aileron.
