WIZARD

• 6-pin mini-DIN female to 5-pin DIN male keyboard-

port adapters (in case your CPUs have the older
PC/AT style keyboard ports).

• 6-pin mini-DIN female to DB9 female mouse-port

adapters (in case your CPUs have the older PC/AT
style serial mouse ports).

If you didn’t receive everything, or if anything arrived
damaged, contact Black Box right away. (A power supply
is not included because it isn’t needed for most applica-
tions. You can purchase a power supply separately; order
our product code PS649.)
