6. Troubleshooting
If you have difficulty with your ServSwitch Wizard, see
if the problem is listed in
Section 6.1
and, if so, try the
suggested remedies. You can also, at any time, perform
the general remedial functions listed in
Section 6.2
or
reset the Switch itself as described in
Section 6.3
. If
nothing helps, call Black Box Technical Support as
directed in
Section 6.4
. If you need to ship your Switch,
see
Section 6.5
.
6.1 Things To Try
Problem:
Poor video quality with smearing, fuzziness, or rippling.
Possible Solution:
Use shielded or screened coaxial video cables to connect
your devices to the ServSwitch Wizard.
