Connecting
To make a connection, the user highlights the required “connection” in the window and then clicks
on the “
Connect” button. Alternatively, a user can double click on the connection. This action
causes the InvisaPC Receiver to attempt to connect to the target remote workstation / virtual
desktop. If the target is available the connection will be made.
If another user is already connected to the target defined in the connection, the user will receive a
pop-up window indicating the target device already allocated and name of the user currently
connected. For virtual desktop targets, this operation will vary with server configuration.
Edit Connection
To edit a connection and change its parameters, an administrator clicks on the
Edit
button on the
Connections
screen (shown in Figure 10). This causes the
Edit Connections
pop-up window to
appear as shown in Figure 12.
