CONVECTION FUNCTION (I)
This function uses an internal fan to distribute the heat evenly.
The Convection button can be selected anytime once the Bake
function has been selected. The fan symbol is visible on the digital
display.
Note:
Some foods will bake faster than expected; watch cooking time.
SPECIAL FOOD FUNCTIONS
These functions have pre-selected temperatures and cooking times based on the most popular foods
in these categories.
You can change the cooking temperature and time in each category as desired.
To use convection to bake these foods, use the BAKE function — changing temperature and time as
desired.
1.
Press button for desired food (see below).
2. On indicator light blinks.
3. Preset temperature flashes on digital display.

button to begin preheating of oven.

8. Close oven door.
9. At end of cooking cycle, there is an audible signal and oven turns off.
COOKIES (J):
Preset temperature: 350˚F
Preset time: 12 minutes
Rack position: lower slot, rack up; or upper slot, rack down (refer to
illustration F)
FROZEN SNACKS (K):
Preset temperature: 400˚F
Preset Time: 6 minutes
Rack position: lower slot, rack up; or, upper slot, rack down, (refer to
illustration F)
PIZZA (L):
Preset temperature: 400˚F
Preset time: 20 minutes
Rack position: lower slot, rack up (refer to illustration F)
For crisp crust, bake pizza directly on oven rack. For softer crust, bake
pizza on double layer of heavy duty foil. For even browning, turn
pizza quarter turn halfway through baking.
POTATO (M):
Preset temperature: 400˚F
Preset time: 45 minutes
Rack position: lower slot, rack up (refer to illustration F)
BROIL FUNCTION (N):
For best results, preheat oven with door closed at 450˚F for at least
5 minutes before broiling.
This oven is designed to allow broiling with the door slightly ajar.
You can also select the optimum broiling temperature for each specific
food.
Preset temperature: 450˚F
Preset Time: 20 minutes
Rack position: upper slot, rack down; upper slot, rack up (refer to
illustration F)

We recommend a broil temperature of no lower than 350°F.

8. Place food on broil rack inserted into bake pan/drip tray. Insert into oven and close door,
leaving it ajar about ¾-inch from the fully closed position.
9. Broil food according to recipe or package directions. Check for doneness at minimum
suggested broiling time.
10. At end of cooking cycle, there is an audible signal and oven turns off.
