8.7.1.1 To record your own OGA
1. Press <MENU/OK>.
2. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANS SYSTEM
and then press <MENU/OK>.
3. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANNOUNCEMENT
and then press
<MENU/OK>.
4. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANSWER & REC
or
ANSWER ONLY
for
the
OGA
you want to record, and then press <MENU/OK>.
5. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
RECORD OGA
and then press <MENU/OK>.
6. The handset will beep and display
RECORDING...
with a timer counter.
Speak into the handset as you would normally during a call while
recording your
OGA
( 3 minutes maximum ).
7. When you have completed speaking your OGA, press <MENU/OK> to
stop and save the recording. The system will then play back the
recorded message for you to check. If necessary, repeat the process to
record it again.
8.7.1.2 To delete your recorded OGA
If you want to return to using the pre-recorded outgoing announcement,
simply delete your recorded
OGA
.
1. Press <MENU/OK>.
2. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANS SYSTEM
and then press <MENU/OK>.
3. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANNOUNCEMENT
and then press
<MENU/OK>.
4. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANSWER & REC
or
ANSWER ONLY
for
the
OGA
you want to delete, and then press <MENU/OK>.
5. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
DELETE
and then press <MENU/OK>.
8.7.1.3 To listen to your current OGA
1. Press <MENU/OK>.
2. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANS SYSTEM
and then press <MENU/OK>.
3. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANNOUNCEMENT
and then press
<MENU/OK>.
4. Press <UP/DOWN> to select
ANSWER & REC
or
ANSWER ONLY
for
the
OGA
you want to play, and then press <MENU/OK>.
5. Press <MENU/OK> again to select
PLAY OGA
and play your current
outgoing announcement.
NOTE:
If a personal OGA has not been recorded, the pre-set OGA will be
played.
