Measure the width of one of your rear Roof Panels (
RSS
). Place the Truss (
TRU
) on the sides
of the building and using your measurement from the rear to find where the rear Roof
Panel (
RSS
) will rest upon the Truss (
TRU
) leaving room for the front Roof Panel (
RSS
) to rest
on the Truss (
TRU
) also. Fix the Truss (
TRU
) in place with 30mm nails (
N30
).
Tip: Although the roof sections are the same size there is an overhang at the front, so the truss will not be in the
centre as you look internally.

Place the Centre Purlin (
CP
) on top of the Truss (
TRU
) and flush to the Plain and Door Gable
(
PG & DG
).
Fix the Eaves Purlin (
EP
) to the edge of the Roof Panels (
RSS
) using 30mm nails (
N30
) at
intervals of approximately 300mm. On the front Roof Panels (
RSS
), which are the same as
the rear ones, fix a Fascia Bolster Block (
FBB
) to the front edge of the Roof Panels (
RSS
) with
30mm nails (
N30
). This will allow the Fascia Boards (
FB
) to be fixed to the front of the Roof
Panels (
RSS
).
Tip: Use one of the purlins to draw a line along the board to help locate where the purlin will be
when fixing them in place.

Use 50mm screws (

) to fix the Door Threshold (
DT
) to the floor of the building
between the two Window Panels (

). This may need cutting to fit.
Tip: Pre-drill all holes before fixing.

As with the opposite side hold the second side Window Panel (
WP
) adjacent to the Plain
Gable (
PG
) and fix them together with 50mm screws (

). Screw the panels together
through the framing on the inside of the panels.
Tip: Pre-drill all holes before fixing.
Place the Door Gable (
DG
) between the two side walls and fix them together with
50mm screws (
S50
). Fix the panels together through the framing of the panels.
