Once the frame is secure, take the Pressure Treated Spikes (

PT-01

) and fix them to the

frame using

S70

 screws.

Once they have all been fixed in place use a mallet to push the frame firmly into the

ground. Ensure the soils is suitable for anchoring the base and the spikes are under the

ground.

The base should be level with the ground and all spikes should be fully embedded in the

soil to prevent the base being lifted out of the ground and prevent entrapment.

A spirt level should be used to ensure that your base level, ready for the building to be

built on top.

If you have not purchased our playhouse Eze Base platform please skip to the next page.

Firstly, decide where you want to have your building in your garden. Take one of the

shorter Gable Joists (

15737

), which is

2105mm

in length, and place on the ground on its

shorter side.

Take one of the longer Side Joists (

15734

). This will be

2561mm

 and position it at a

90

degree

angle to the first joist (

15737

), ensuring it fits against the side.

Drill a pilot hole and screw it together with an

S100

 screw

Place another Side Joist (

on the end, making a rectangle. Drill pilot holes and fix the joists together using

S100

 screws.

Place the remaining Side Joists (

15734

) in the frame you have created ensuring they are

equally spaced. Drill pilot holes in the ends and fix in place with

S100

 screws.

Now place the second floor section up against the first ensuring that it fits tightly and there

are no gaps. Drill the pilot holes and fix in place with

S70

 screws.

Now your building is ready to assemble. Continue to the next page and start on stage 8

for your building assembly stages.

Now that the base is firmly in the ground, take the the first playhouse floor section (

FSS

)

and align it to the back of the base. It should sit perfectly flush with the Gable Joist.

Once floor is in position, pilot drill the holes and fix the floor in place with

S70

 screws.
