PCS WAIT TO START: number of packages not to be used in the calculation of
the average value after the start of the process.
PCS WAIT FOR ADJUST.: number of packages not to be considered before
resuming the calculation of the adjustment average weight after an adjustment has
been carried out. It is to let pass the pieces already processed by the upstream
machine but which have not been weighed yet. On them the adjustment has been
carried out but it is not yet effective. For this reason, they would produce a mistake
if they were used for the following adjustment, for which some time is needed to
see the effects of this one on the pieces processed by the upstream machine.
Actually, it expresses the product amount between dosing-filling machine and the
scale.
There are 2 digital outputs (F and FEEDBACK-), one is to pulse up the dose and
one is to pulse it down.
2.19.1 Notes about the Parameters
To get the most accurate adjustment, the upper and lower tolerances must be very low, closet o
the scale division, so that the regulator is often active, keeping the weight close to the nominal
value.
Lower and upper limits are to keep out of the adjustment remarkable filling
failures, such as lumps of cheese blocking the dosing scale producing half empty trays
.
In order to understand the proper value of these parameters, it is necessary to take cognizance of
the operative limits of the dosing machine.
The number of pieces for the average can
effectively be a value between
5 and 10. An amount of pieces too high makes the adjustment
not frequent enough, an amount too low makes the average not stable and needs several
adjustments.
Please note that the amount of pieces passing between two consequent
adjustments is the sum of
AVER.PIECES and PCS WAIT FOR ADJUST., added to possible
pieces in transit beyond the upper and lower limits.

In this case between two adjustments, at least 30 pieces pass along.

Exporting Lot Data in CSV Format
Enabling the CREATE LOT FILE parameter in machine configuration, it is possible to store a
new line in a text file in CVS whenever the ctrl lot being weighed is closed.
