Error Lists and Device States
The LEDs indicate the device status. Once the errors have been
corrected, the measurement returns to the state before the error
occurred. An acknowledgment is not required.
11.1 Hardware and Error Prompts

faulty Compatibility check after software
download: A general reset must
be carried out.
39 HF hardware
failure Faulty cable connection between
the motherboard and HF unit.
Check connector on the mother-
board.
Caution! First, disconnect the
evaluation unit from the power
supply!
