Installation Procedures 

Attach Assembled Elbows to the 
Flexible Duct  

Measure and cut desired length of flex duct. 
Insert flexible duct onto the round end of 
the elbow units and secure with the 
provided 4″ hose clamps. 
 
 
 

Mounting Phoenix Controller to OE 
Control Panel  

For this application, we chose to relocate 
the factory installed Espar heater controller. 
It was raised allowing enough room for the 
Phoenix controller to mount below the 
heater control. Mounting location can be 
changed but always check the harness 
length before cutting. For applications with 
no factory installed heater see instructions 
page 20. 
 
 
 

Remove OE Control Panel  

Disconnect all OE wires and cables form 
the control panel and remove.
