Press the Keep Warm/Cancel button and the symbol appears on the display indicating the start
of the keeping warm process. End the process by pressing the Keep Warm/Cancel button.
For safety reasons, the keep warm function switches off automatically after 24 hours. However, it is
recommended not to use this function for more than five hours otherwise the dish may be dry.
Troubleshooting
Problem Possible reason Solution
The lid doesn’t close The lid is not in the right posi-
tion Align the lid as described in the
appropriate section
The lid closes with difficulty The float valve is blocked Press the float valve down with
a pin
The lid opens with difficulty The pot is under pressure Relieve pressure by opening
the pressure valve
The float valve is blocked Press the float valve down with
a pin
Steam comes out from one
side of the lid The pressure cooker is dama-
ged Contact customer service
The lid is not closed properly Close the lid properly
Steam exits from the float val-
ve for more than two minutes The pressure valve is in the
wrong position Turn the pressure valve to the
correct position
There is food residue on the
float valve seal Clean the float valve gasket

The float valve does not rise There are too few ingredients
