Cooking programs
The control panel is divided into two sections/cooking modes:
Indirect selection buttons
Press the Manual button several times to view and choose the different indirect selection programs.
Direct selection buttons
The cooking programs can be selected by directly pressing the reated button.
The Slow cook/Bean and Keep Warm/Cancel buttons have two functions each. To select the Bean
program, press the button twice. To select Cancel, press the button twice.
The pressure cooker has several preset cooking programs that vary in intensity and duration, de-
pending on the needs of the food to be cooked. The following table summarizes the characteristics
of all the preset programs.
Keep Warm/Cancel button
The Keep Warm function keeps cooked food warm.
Cancel function cancels the set program.
Pressure button
With the Pressure button you can set the intensity of the pressure between high (high) and low (low)
. A higher pressure increases the cooking temperature.
