Pressure program use example
Insert the container into the main unit and insert the selected food and/or liquid into the container.
If you have selected the Steam/Egg program, pour approximately 700ml of water into the container.
Then insert the grill so that the food is not in the water.
Close the lid and the pressure valve by turning it to the left or right to the locking position, the symbol
must be in correspondence with the symbol
(Fig.G).
Use the Manual button to select the desired program. Its LED indicates the selected program.
Using the Adjust button, select the desired cooking setting from Less - Normal - More.
Use the + and - keys to set the desired cooking time.
After about four seconds, the pressurization/heating phase begins. An animation appears on the
display during the process.
If steam constantly escapes from the pressure valve during this process, check the position of the
pressure valve and close it if necessary, by turning it to the left or right using the markings as a guide.
Once the working pressure is reached, the display will show the selected cooking time again. The
selected program starts, and the timer counts down in 1-minute intervals.
During the running program, the pressure cooker may start a pressurization/heating process again.
This is again symbolized by an animation on the display. It is not necessary to intervene.
When the process is complete, the pressure cooker emits ten beeps. Meanwhile, the Keep Warm
program starts automatically. End the cycle by pressing the Keep Warm/Cancel button.
