! If the fl ame tube must be installed from the inside
of the boiler, this means that the boiler must be
opened or have a spectacle fl ange that is designed
so that it can be reconnected with the fl ame tube
mounted.
4.6 Mounting the burner on the boiler
1. Separate fan housing and fi xing fl ange.
2. Remove brake plate from nozzle line.
3. Install selected nozzle, (see Technical data).
4. Install brake plate on the nozzle line.
5. Remove fl ame tube from fi xing fl ange.
6. Install fi xing fl ange with gasket on boiler.
7. Install the fl ame tube on the fi xing fl ange. Make sure that the holes in
the front edge of the fl ame tube are pointing down (not on all fl ame
tubes), allows any drops of oil to run out.
8. Insulate between burner and boiler door to reduce radiated heat.
9. Install fan housing on fi xing fl ange and lock with nuts.
10. Connect the oil pipes to the pump, (see chapter Service).
11. Connect the burner electrically, (see chapter Service),
4.7 Check oil line seals
Once the burner has been installed and commissioned, the seals of the
various coupling elements should be checked (A).
In the event of a leak, it is usually suffi cient to tighten the coupling element.
