FRAME/CHECK OF REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
SHOCK ABSORBER ADJUSTMENT

Prop the motorcycle on suitable supports so that it cannot
fall.
Adjustment
•
Adjust the spring preload Fig. A.
The rear shock absorber is equipped with an adjustment ring nut
for the pre-load of spring “A" and a return ring nut "D”.
• To
increase
the spring pre-load, thus making the sus-
pension more rigid, turn the adjustment ring nut “A” to the
direction (B).
• To
reduce
the spring pre-loading, thus making the suspen-
sion softer, turn the adjustment ring nut “A” to direction (C).
At the end of adjustment, tighten the return ring nut “D”.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
To avoid damaging the mechanism, do not try turning over
the maximum or minimum setting.

It is possible to adjust the hydraulic braking device using the
adjustment ring “E”

Turn it clockwise to increase the braking action. Turn it
counter-clockwise to reduce the braking action.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
To avoid damaging the mechanism, do not try turning over
the maximum or minimum setting.
