6.3.11 Voltage interruptions
Interruptions are, by their nature, very unpredictable and variable depending on place
and time. For the time being, it is not possible to give fully representative statistical re-
sults of measurements of interruption frequency covering the whole of European net-
works. The voltage interruptions measured are counted and classified according to
their duration.

The time periods t are differentiated as follows:
t < 1 s
1 s ≤ t < 180 s (3 minutes)
180 s ≤ t
