In all cases except one (CC presence), all three
conditions are defined:

The CC Presence parameter has only ERROR
DURATION, with a range of 1 to 250 seconds.

is going higher than the specified threshold

signal luma level will trigger an error message.

525 – Luma Min Exp.
This measure verifies that the luma content of the
video signal regularly traverses a nearly-black level.
This level is set by the user with the threshold slider.
