Status

3.4 DHCP Status

Information about the DHCP server activity is accessible via

DHCP

item. The DHCP server

provides automatic configuration of the client devices connected to the router. The DHCP server
assigns each device an IP address, subnet mask, default gateway (IP address of router) and
DNS server (IP address of router). DHCPv6 server is supported.

Figure 4: DHCP Status

The DHCP status may occasionally display two records for one IP address. This may be caused
by resetting the client network interface.
