Connecting MixStir® to the Sudzameleon® Arch
At this point, the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device should be in place and operational, and the
chemical lines and compressed air lines should be run from the device to the Sudzameleon®. The
MixStir® comes with two Singular Air Pump Panels with Foam; one panel will be used to supply the
top Bayonet Nozzles and the other will be used to supply the Leg Assembly Manifolds. An
additional MixStir® must be purchased to supply the CTA Foam Bullets®.
Connecting MixStir® to Bayonet Nozzles
1) Turn on the MixStir® Device to verify that the chemical is getting out to the bay and to flush out
any unwanted debris that may be in the line. After flushing the lines turn off the MixStir®.
2) Connect the Main Chemical Feedline from the MixStir® to the adapter fitting in the center of the
Utility Plate. The Main Chemical Feedline
is 1/2” in diameter therefore a 1/2”x3/8” adapter fitting
needs to be used to make the connection to the Bayonet Nozzles.

Note:
It is recommended that the MixStir® Chemical Delivery Device be installed as close to the
Sudzameleon®
as possible to ensure optimal performance.
Note:
A minimum of a ½” diameter airline is required for the Compressed Air Feed and the
Chemical Solution Feed.
