Make certain your height rod is properly packaged to avoid damage in transit
to the factory. If your height rod is not covered by warranty, or has been
damaged, an estimate of repair or replacement costs will be provided to you
for approval prior to servicing or replacing.
Your model and serial identification numbers are located on the back of the
measurement rail and on the inside of the battery cover. Take the time to
record the serial number for future reference when communicating with the
Befour service department.
