Selecting the Measurement Range 

The HTR-101 has a 51” measurement span with which you may select the 
upper and lower measurement values.  The only limitation is the upper value 
can not exceed 90” or 7ft 6in. 
 
Once the range is determined, the top mounting hole location is calculated by  
adding 4” to the upper measurement value.  This is the distance above the 
floor that the top mounting hole will be drilled into the wall. 
 
Below are examples of possible measurement ranges and the required top

Measuring Height 

1.  Press and release the on/off button.  

“Strt” will be flashing.

flashing and a beep will sound. 

 
    Raise the headpiece so it will be 

well above the patient’s head.
