6.2.2 LUBRICATION
The mechanical components in relative motion must be lubricated to avoid wear and
overheating. Lubrication can be performed using grease; this lubricator is generally
used to lubricate vertical or slanted axis bearings since it is easier to retain in the de-
sired area. Every 10 hours of operation, using the dedicated lubricators (see FIG. 52),
grease until fresh grease comes out; use partially synthetic grade 2 mineral grease.
6.2.3 FILTER/OIL REPLACEMENT AND TOP-UP
Top-up and make the necessary replacements by unscrewing the dedicated cap
designed for this purpose (see FIG. 53). An oil indicator light is provided to indicate the
best oil level which corresponds to the middle of the level of the liquid in the indicator
light (see FIG. 54).
