may modify the machine’s protection ability and safety.
First of all, operators must learn to switch off the engine quickly, familiarise themselves
with the controls and learn to use the machine correctly.
It is forbidden to use the machine in the vicinity of other people - keep a safety distance
of at least 50 metres. Keep in mind that the machine user is responsible for any damage
or injuries caused to others or to their property.
THE USER MUST USE SUITABLE PERSONAL PROTECTION DEVICES SUCH AS SHOES,
GOGGLES, GLOVES, HEADSETS THAT ARE TYPE-APPROVED BOTH FOR USE OF THE
EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS FOR MAINTENANCE.
USE APPROPRIATE CLOTHING, AVOIDING GARMENTS WHICH MAY BECOME SNARED
AND CAUGHT IN MOVING PARTS OF THE MACHINE.
Run a check of the equipment and vehicle before you switch them on every time; all the
safety devices must be present and correctly positioned. Respect the highway code.
Do not carry property or people on the machine other than that supplied and envisaged
by the type-approval. Do not tamper with the equipment or any of its parts.
Always keep the machine in perfect and efficient working order and as soon as any
problem arises, contact BATTISTOTTI MACCHINE AGRICOLE S.r.l..
Nobody should approach the machine until it has come to a complete stop.
Should the machine vibrate abnormally, immediately look for the causes and remedy
them; in any case, do not continue working.
Never touch moving parts. Never leave the machine unattended with the vehicle
engine running.
Do not perform maintenance, repairs, or intervene in any way on the machine or
connected equipment before the machine has been stably positioned and the vehicle
engine switched off.
The operator should know the working area suitably to avoid knocking into or collecting
hazardous items that my harm or damage people, property and the equipment itself. If
the operator is unfamiliar with the area, stop or proceed with the utmost care. Use the
equipment only in conditions of good visibility.
