5. thread the wire in, taking care that
both ends protrude from the rotor
to the same extent;
6. repeat the operation on the other
remaining bushes;
7. using the spanner (supplied), turn
it clockwise to wind the wire inside
the bobbin;
8. wind the wire leaving a length of 80
cm (normal working length) on the
outside;
If the internal wire needs to be replaced, proceed as follows:
1.
perform the operations set out in the previous operating instruction for the exten-
sion of the wire from point 1 to 5 included;
2. arrange 9 pieces of wire measuring 10 m in length each;
3. insert the needle (supplied) and thread it through the 4 holes in the rotor/bobbin;
4. insert the thread into the end of the needle;
NOTA:
this particular system of wire assembly was devised to minimise wire replace-
ment times during work.
9. reposition the cap and tighten the
head bolt, turning it clockwise.
