Wash 1:
Load is washed with heated detergent solution from
tank 1.
•
Rinse:
Water from tank 2 is sprayed over load and sent
directly to drain (or to Drain Cooldown Tank with cold water
injection if option is present). Rinse is non-recirculated.
•
Wash 2 (Option):
Load is washed with heated detergent
solution from tank 3.
•
Rinse:
Water from tank 2 is sprayed over load then sent
directly to drain (or to Drain Cooldown Tank with cold water
injection if option is present). Rinse is non-recirculated.
•
Final Rinse:
Load is rinsed with heated water from tank 2.
NOTE: For Final Rinse treatment sequence, note the
following:
1) Final Rinse phase timer starts only when temperature set
point is reached.
2) Final Rinse water is pre-heated during Rinse treatment
only if Rinse treatment is not performed previously.

Vapor Exhaust:
Residual vapor is removed from chamber.
•
Drying (Option):
Wash chamber is
dried from any remaining
water from a previous washing cycle.
Wash chamber is dried
with hot non-recirculated air.
When cycle is completed, buzzer sounds and display shows:
CYCLE COMPLETE
Instruction remains on screen until door is opened.

IMPORTANT:
When cycle is completed, door must be opened
and then closed before another cycle may be started.

Leave door open and allow load to cool before removing acces-
sory headers. Display returns to Mode Selection screen.
IMPORTANT:
At the end of a work session, washer should be
completely drained. See S
WARNING – BURN HAZARD:
Inner surfaces of washer are
very hot after cycle comple-
tion. Operator should wear
appropriate personal protec-
tive equipment (PPE), includ-
ing gloves and faceshield and
avoid all contact with inner
walls when entering chamber
to unload washer.
WARNING – PERSONAL
INJURY HAZARD: Cages and
items in washing cart may
move during processing and
be filled with residual hot
water or protrude from cart at
the end of the cycle. Always
wear appropriate Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE)
and carefully remove cages
and items from cart.
WARNING – SLIPPING HAZ-
ARD: To prevent slips, keep
floor dry. Promptly clean up
any spills or drippage. If
spills or drippage are deter-
gents or other chemicals, fol-
low safety precautions and
handling procedures set forth
on detergent or chemical
label and/or Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS).
