4.3.2 How to Load Central
Spray Header Manifold With
Rodent Cage Modular Racks
See Figure 4-3 and Figure 4-4.
1.
If Automatic Floor Tilting option is present,
ensure feature is
set to
NO
,
for procedure.
2.
Correctly load Rodent Cage Modular Rack (see Figure 4-4).
Ensure all items to be treated are correctly positioned on rack.
Press
DOOR OPEN
touch pad to open doors.
3.
Enter wash chamber and roll Central Spray Header Manifold
(see Figure 4-3) along central rails until top of header is aligned
with roof locking support.
4.
Unlock locking pin retaining Central Spray Header to support.
5.
Align header on bottom of accessory with water inlet connector
at bottom of wash chamber.
6.
Push up locking handle towards roof locking support and turn
clockwise to secure header into position.
7.
Roll Central Spray Header Manifold Support out of wash cham-
ber.
8.
Roll one loaded Rodent Cage Rack (see Figure 4-4) inside wash
chamber, on either side of Central Spray Header Manifold.
CAUTION – POSSIBLE
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:
• Before operating the unit,
always position Bottle
Washing Cart or Central
Header Manifold over the
manifolded coupling sys-
tem. If manifold is not posi-
tioned correctly, damage
may result and unit will be
unable to effectively wash
load.
• Do not process load using
Central Header Manifold or
Bottle Washing Cart when
Automatic Floor Tilting is
activated. If Automatic
Floor Tilting is used, mani-
folded water inlet and
washer will be damaged.
WARNING – PERSONAL
INJURY HAZARD: Always ver-
ify flap door sill is down
before entering wash cham-
ber.
