The following conditions must be met for acceptance:

The device’s lighting comes on automatically after the time is set.

The device turns off when the door is opened, and turns on after it is closed.

The thermostat for controlling temperature in the device is activated when
the desired temperature is reached. The heating element(s) are
temporarily turned off.

The ventilator motor changes the flow direction automatically every 3 minutes.

In dual-ventilator devices the motors operate in the same direction.

→
The hose leading to the ventilator has been checked for water leaks.

An audible alarm is heard for approx. 15 seconds after the cooking/
baking cycle finishes.
IMPORTANT
When the device is turned on, an audible signal may be heard. This is normal, and
will turn off automatically after a few seconds.
If the process is interrupted while setting the cooking/baking phase, set the function dial
M1
in the OFF position.
5.3 Operation
•
Clean the device thoroughly prior to use (see 6.2 „Cleaning“).
•
Prior to turning the device on, check that the installation is properly performed
and secure, that the device is level, and that the electrical and water connections
are properly set up.
CAUTION!
Before cooking/baking preheat the device to a temperature 20-25% above the
desired cooking/baking temperature. After this temperature is reached, place the
food product inside the compartment.
Next, lower the temperature to that desired for preparing the desired food product.
