10.6 Measures after maintenance
After completion of the maintenance work and before switching on,
carry out the following:
•
Check that all previously loosened screw connections have a
tight fit.
•
Make sure that all previously removed protective devices and
covers have been properly reinstalled.
•
Make sure that all tools, materials and other equipment used
have been removed again from the work area.
•
Clean the work area and remove any substances that have
leaked, such as liquids, processing material or similar.
•
Make sure that all protective devices on the system are
functioning flawlessly.
•
Start analyzer operation again (see page 108).
•
After 2 hours of operation, check all connections for leaks and
make a general visual inspection (see page 129).
