Installation and preparation for commissioning
Sample conditioning system
(optional)
NOTE
If the sample conditioning system is installed,
observe the following additional instructions for
connecting pipe fittings.
•
The product inlet is a part of the sample conditioning system.
Connect the product supply line there and install a manually
operated shut-off valve which is clearly labeled.
•
If the cooling medium cooling option is installed, connect the
supply and return lines to the correspondingly labeled
connections on the sample conditioning system.
Cooling with cooling medium
NOTE
The pipe connected to the cooling medium outlet
can also become hot. Insulate the pipe with
suitable heat insulation material.
Connecting pipelines
•
Observe the regulations for mounting screw pipe connections.
See the documentation of the components used.
•
Before assembly, clean pipelines to remove dirt and chips.
•
Bending radiuses must not be lower than the permitted values.
•
Connect the pipelines in accordance with the installation plan
in the customer folder.
•
Check for leaks.
