2WD/4WD Changeover Valve
The 2WD/4WD changeover valve is located
below the radiator, behind the seat.
It controls 2WD/4WD operation. The hydraulic
circuit in the 2WD/4WD changeover valve is
switched according to the activation of the
solenoid valves.

Inspection of Solenoid
Disconnect the solenoid connectors.
Measure the resistance between the
connector terminals of the solenoid.
Normal operation is when the measured
values are as in the table.

Assist Valve
The assist valve is located at right side
underneath the seat.
Operation of the solenoid valve switches
hydraulic path inside of the assist valve to
control the traction assist operation.

Inspection of Solenoid
Disconnect the solenoid connectors.
The normal resistance between the
connector terminals of the solenoid is
about 7.1 Ω.
