Inspection and Cleaning
Bucket
Inspection of Bucket
The bucket may become damaged due to
frequent use, objects picked up while
sweeping, or transportation.
Inspect the bucket, and if necessary, replace
it.
Make sure that there is no foreign matter or
damage on the bucket.
Make sure that the rubber frame is not
peeling off.
Inspection of Bucket Lid
The bucket lid may become damaged due to
frequent use, objects picked up while
sweeping, or transportation.
Inspect the bucket lid, and if necessary,
replace it.
Make sure that the lid closes securely.
Make sure that there is not foreign matter or
damages on the bucket lid.
Cleaning of Bucket Interior
Warning
To keep the position of raised bucket, be sure
to lock it with the cylinder lock.
Be sure to clean the interior of the bucket
after work.
Raise the bucket and open the bucket lid.
Secure the bucket position with the cylinder
lock.
Wash the interior of the bucket with water.
Dry it thoroughly after washing with water.
Cleaning Sweeper Section
Important
Dirty inside of the brush frame may reduce the
collection capacity, causing premature wear of
parts and abnormal vibration or damage due
to high loads.
Be sure to wash with water.
Be sure to clean the the sweeper section after
work.
Raise the bucket.

Stop the engine.
Secure the bucket position with the cylinder
lock.
Remove the brush cover.
Wash the inside of the rotary, inside of the
brush frame and the rollers with water.
Dry them thoroughly after washing with
water.
Brush

frequent use.
Inspect the brush, and if necessary, replace it.
Make sure that there is no bent or wear in
the brush.
Make sure that there is no wear in the
brush shaft.
Make sure that there is no play in the brush
shaft.
Rotary Plate
Inspection of Rotary Plate
The rotary plate may wear or be damaged
due to frequent use.
Inspect the rotary plate, and if necessary,
replace it.
Make sure that there is no bent or wear in
the rotary plate.
Make sure that there is no wear in the
rotary shaft.
Make sure that there is no play in the rotary
shaft.
Apron
Inspection of Apron
The apron may wear due to frequent use or
be damaged while sweeping or traveling.
Inspect the apron, and if necessary, adjust or
replace it.
Make sure that there is no wear in the
apron.
Make sure that there is no damage or
deformation in the apron.
