17. Servicing
17.5 Pressure veri fi cation of the liquid cooling circuit

AUTION
:
The pressure of the Liquid Cooling Circuit should be checked regularly. This pressure, indicated
on the internal manometer, should be between 0,5 and 1 bar. If not, corrective action should be taken by
quali
fi ed technical service personnel.
How to check the pressure of the liquid cooling circuit
Remove the side cover of the projector, see "Removal of the side cover", page 276.
Look through the small window and check the pressure indicated on the internal manometer of the liquid cooling circuit.

Pressure check
This pressure should be between 0,5 and 1 bar. If the pressure, indicated on the manometer, is out of range, inform the responsible
and quali fi ed technicians, so they may take necessary corrective action.
Reinstall the side cover of the projector, see "Installation of the side cover", page 279.
17.6 Removal of the lamp house

This procedure may only be performed by quali fi ed technical service personnel.

AUTION
:
Never attempt to disassemble the lamp from its housing or to dispose of it. Return it to Barco.
Due to its high internal pressure, the lamp may explode in either hot or cold states if improperly handled.
Necessary tools
7 mm fl at screw driver.
How to remove the lamp house
Switch off the projector and unplug the power cord at the projector side.
Remove the lamp cover, see "Removal of the lamp cover", page 277.
Release the three spring lock screws of the lamp house as illustrated.
