Manual speed. Turning speed of the pump when manual mode is
selected.

By touching on this button, you will be able to go to the rest of the
parameters of pump information.
1. Glue density. Given in grs/cm

. Normally, it has to get adjusted
with the value 1.00.
2. Pump constant. In this field the pump capacity has to be
introduced. It shows the cm

that the pump moves in one
revolution. This data has to be given by the manufacturer of the
premelter.

Pump speed. In this graphic bar, the actual turning speed of the
pump of the premelter is displayed. It is a read-out parameter.
AUTOMATIC / MANUAL selection mode.
4. Work voltage pump. Selection of the volts you wish the pump to
work with. The pump has two working voltages,
0-5 / 0-10 Volts .
LAMPS
The lamp functioning selection is done through a touch screen.
For an automatic start of the lamps, several requests have to be met, being the
following:
−
Detection of the photoelectric cell at the entry or, if this is not present,
the start of the profile limit switch.

Touch button for the selection of the working of the lamp in ON , by
connecting this way the functioning of the lamps.

The machine conveyor has to be connected.
The lamps will stop functioning once the number of impulses of the lamp stops
counter reaches the number of impulses introduced on the screen. This counter
will start when the entry photoelectric cell does not detect anymore, or, if this is
not present, the profile limit switch stops.
