Clean with solvent the contact zone of the slot nozzle with the foil and proceed
as in the prior point. If the problem persists, clean the inside of the head as
explained in point 5.
The slot nozzle is too near. The outfeed angle of the paper is too large for the
glue grammage that you want to apply. Correct the angle of the head respect
the paper.
The slot nozzle is too separated. The outfeed angle of the paper is too small for
the glue grammage that you want to apply. Correct the angle of the head
respect the paper.
CHECK THAT THE TEMPERATURE PROBE (14) HAS BEEN INTRODUCED.
Check if the glue has been microfiltered.
