2.4.1.4.1.2. Operation to be performed when you stop the wrapping
machine.
•
Once the glue flow is closed, keep the slot nozzle heated at the working
temperature.
•
Using a gauge sheet of 0,4 mm, clean the slot (13) shifting the sheet
softly so that you do not damage accidentally the gauges nor the slot. If
this happens, there will be risk of glue leaks or marks in the application,
as explained before.
•
Perform a scan with the two gauges shifting them between the minimum
of 12,5 and the maximum.
•
Place the two gauges to the minimum width of 12,5 mm.
•
Place the protection cover (15) as shown in the picture.
•
Using the manual approaching valve placed at the head support, near it
to the protection cover.
•
Open the glue flow and activate manually the pump of the melting unit so
that possible air rests come out by filling the tank. Abrir el paso de cola

Now you can disconnect the melting unit and the wrapping machine.
