Indicator lights
The indicator lights above Lines 1 and 2 light
up when a line is in use, and flash to indicate
when a call is on hold or to indicate status.
Line 1 Line 2
Select which line to use – line 1 or line 2.
Extra
Displays additional functions in certain
situations.
Transfer
Transfers a call you are making to another
phone on the same ISDN connection.
Turn the wheel to search in Phonebook, Redial,
Caller ID and the phone’s menu system. During
the call, turn the wheel to increase or decrease
the volume.
OK
Press OK to accept and store entries. Press OK
to accept the choice in the display.
Phonebook
Gives access to the Phonebook.
Caller ID
Gives access to the Caller ID list.
Redial
Gives access to the Redial list.
Menu
Gives access to the phone’s menu system.
C
Deletes the most recent entry.
Press C and hold it down to leave the menu
system or a function. You can also use C to
reject a call.
The display shows the latest information and
the status of the selected line.
– unanswered call
– there are new Voice Mail messages
– you have selected ‘Call diversion’
– you have registered a call as a Call back call
– you have turned the ringer signal off
