The ringer signal can be set
separately for line 1 and line 2.
You can set the volume, the
melody and a ringer delay.
Ringer delay is well suited for use
at home or in smaller offices
where several phones are
connected to the same ISDN
connection and have the same
number or numbers.
If the ringer delay is set differently
on each of the phones, the ringer
signal will move from phone to
phone, depending on the length
of each phone’s pre-set ringer
delay. If the call is not answered,
another phone will now ring – still
with the same call. The call can
then be answered from this
phone.

Volume, melody and delay
When you set the ringer signal, you can
adjust the volume of the ringer signal,
choose between 8 melodies and set the
delay of the ringer signal to up to 45
seconds.
If you wait for 3 seconds after you have
selected the setting for the volume or melody
of the ringer signal, the chosen signal will be
played.
Setup options for the ringer signal

Select settings Off , Low , Medium and High
Melody
Select melody 1–8
Delay
Choose a delay of 0–45 seconds. You will
hear the phone when the number of
seconds you specified for the ringer delay
has passed.
If you disconnect the ringer signal, the phone
will not ring but it will still register the call in
the Caller ID list.
The ringer signal is disconnected until you
choose another setting, ‘Low’, ‘Medium’ or
‘High’.
